متن پیشنهادی جهت درخواست تسریع ویزای والدین توسط دولت استرالیا در زمان جنگ ایران و اسرائیل:

Dear ……,

I write to urgently request the immediate prioritisation of Parent visa applications by Iranian nationals who are currently caught in the escalating and active war between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the State of Israel.

Iran is presently experiencing widespread military conflict and humanitarian breakdown. Major cities are being bombarded daily, and civilian populations—Especially the elderly—face severe risks to life, health, and security especially due to the probable danger of nuclear disaster caused by these bombardments. Parents of many Australian citizens and/or Australia permanent residents are trapped in high-risk areas with no viable internal refuge, having been warned by the Israeli government or American president to evacuate, and facing limited access to food, medical care, and communication, while their children—Australian citizens or permanent residents—are unable to assist or reunite with them.

These parents wish to join their children in Australia, many of whom are emotionally and financially supporting them from afar. The current situation presents an urgent and non-speculative threat to their wellbeing, with the risk increasing each day the conflict continues.

We acknowledge your compassionate and effective responses to previous global emergencies, including those in Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Gaza, by prioritising vulnerable visa applicants. In keeping with those humanitarian principles, we respectfully request that the Department:

  • Urgently prioritise the processing of Parent visa applications for Iranian nationals currently residing in Iran;

  • Recognise the critical and life-threatening nature of the ongoing war and act accordingly;

  • Consider the use of discretionary or emergency mechanisms to enable the reunification of parents with their children in Australia without further delay.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and your continued commitment to family unity and humanitarian integrity in Australia’s migration program.

Best Regards,

متن پیشنهادی جهت درخواست تسریع ویزای فرزندان توسط دولت استرالیا در زمان جنگ ایران و اسرائیل:

Dear ….,

I write to urgently request the immediate prioritisation of Child visa applications lodged by or on behalf of Iranian children who are currently caught in the active and escalating war between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the State of Israel.

The situation in Iran has deteriorated into a full-scale conflict, with daily bombardments affecting major cities and civilian populations across the country. Children are among the most vulnerable in this crisis, facing grave threats to their lives, physical safety, mental health, and access to essential services such as shelter, healthcare, and education. Many families are being displaced or are unable to safely relocate within or outside of Iran.

Among those affected are children who have pending visa applications to join a parent who is an Australian citizen or permanent resident. These children have already endured prolonged separation and are now in immediate danger. Their parents in Australia are under immense emotional strain, fearing for the safety of their children in a country experiencing constant attacks and humanitarian breakdown.

We acknowledge that the Department of Home Affairs has in the past responded compassionately to international emergencies—such as those in Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Gaza—by prioritising affected visa applicants. In light of the current war conditions in Iran, we respectfully request that the Department:

  • Immediately prioritise the processing of Child visa applications for Iranian minors currently residing in Iran;

  • Recognise the current circumstances as a humanitarian emergency requiring urgent action to reunite children with their Australian parents; and

  • Where feasible, explore temporary or emergency migration pathways for eligible children while their substantive applications are finalised.

Thank you for your consideration and commitment to child protection and family unity.

Best Regards,

متن پیشنهادی جهت درخواست تسریع ویزای پارتنر توسط دولت استرالیا در زمان جنگ ایران و اسرائیل:

Dear ….,

I write to urgently request the immediate prioritisation of partner visa applications lodged by Iranian nationals who are currently caught in the escalating war between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the State of Israel.

The situation on the ground in Iran is no longer a developing crisis—it is an active and ongoing war. Multiple Iranian cities, including major population centres, are being bombarded daily, and civilians face grave and imminent risks to their lives. Critical infrastructure has been damaged, mobility is severely restricted, and there are widespread disruptions to communication, security, and access to essential services.

Many of the affected applicants are spouses of Australian citizens and permanent residents who have submitted their partner visa applications in good faith and have complied fully with the Department’s requirements. These families are now enduring extreme distress and uncertainty, unable to reunite due to the delays in visa processing amid an unfolding humanitarian catastrophe.

We acknowledge Australia’s demonstrated responsiveness to similar international emergencies in the past—such as conflicts in Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Gaza—through compassionate prioritisation of affected applicants. In this context, we respectfully request that the Department:

  • Urgently prioritise processing of partner visa applications for Iranian nationals currently located in Iran;

  • Treat these cases as humanitarian emergencies, consistent with Australia’s values and international obligations to family unity and protection;

  • Facilitate temporary or emergency visa pathways for eligible applicants at immediate risk, where standard processing may not be viable in the current climate.

Thank you for your consideration and commitment to child protection and family unity.

Best Regards,
